Employees (Providers)

  2. Post a confidential profile (resume).
  3. Apply for one or several positions
  4. The employers (buyers) will receive notification of your applications. If any of the employees accepts your offer, we release your contact information.


Employers (Buyers)
  1. Sign up.
  2. Post a confidential listing for your available position.
  3. When a potential candidate applies for the position, you will receive a notification. You can choose one of two options: "Yes, I would like to meet this prospect" or "No, thank you for your interest, but I don't believe we are a match".
  4. When you find a candidate who meets your needs and you both agree to work together, you will receive the employee's contact information and the two of you can meet to discuss the position or project.
